EDIT: I've grabbed a screen of the error message I'm receiving, and I hope that will help out. If this is in the wrong forum, my apologies. Mods, please move it if necessary.

I'm trying to install a software package that uses Quick Time, and I'm having problems with it. App. A and App. B were both installed and verified with the serial number provided. App. A loaded fine, and I can use it and everything. App. B, when it is loading and passes another verification screen, tells me that I have a "direct Player error". I choose to continue running the script, and it just locks up. I choose "no" and the app terminates.

I'm thinking this is because my version of QT is newer than the one that is required, and therefore there are some problems. Any other ideas?

Thanks in advance.
