iPod touch Directory of purchased apps?

Hey,

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I did do a search and couldn't find anything related to what i'm asking ..

I'm using Windows Vista Business Edition, and was wondering what file directory the application script I downloaded from iTunes, lands in?, as I'd rather like to create a backup copy of it.
