iPod touch Disable 5% warning

Is ther anyway to disable the pop up box when you change more than 5% of calenders, bookmarks or notes.
I just want to be able to press sync and leave it alone without having to be at pc for 1 hour.

On Windows, go to the Edit menu, select Preferences, go to the Devices tab, and uncheck the box that is captioned "Warn when more than 5% of the data on this computer will be changed"

Edit > Preferences (ctrl+,) > Devices > "Warn when more than 5% of the data on this computer will be changed"

That should allow you to simply sync your iPod touch and move along.
