Is there a way to disable the vibration when alarms go off from the Clock app on the Apple Watch?

I am on the latest version of iOS and watchOS. I set the alarm on my phone which is set to be mirrored on the watch. My phone is set to not vibrate when alarms go off but the watch still does.

This is a big deal for me because being woken up by my watch vibrating is very startling to where I can’t sleep with it on.

Alternatively, is it possible to stop the alarm clock from being synced to the watch? I’d be fine with that.

Is your Watch on silent mode? You could turn that off, at which point it should be just an audible alarm on the Watch.

If you want silent mode on, then it looks like there is an option in Watch => Notifications => Clock => "Push Alerts from iPhone" that sounds like it'd stop pushing phone alarms to the Watch.

(I love the vibrating alarms, to the point where I never use my iPhone anymore. Clearly YMMV.)

Well.. yeah.. I keep my watch on Do not Disturb, Theater mode + silent mode since I have the display set to always on. I just want the watch to be totally idle while I sleep and function as a sleep tracker.

I tried the "Push Alerts from Iphone" and that totally disables all alarms on the watch which isn't ideal lol. Why is Apple software like this...
