is there a way to disable this damn watch from having Siri go off every time my wrist bends and hits the button? I must say it’s the most annoying feature on this watch.

Just do this on your iPhone? I forgot what setting was available on watchOS 5 though as this is from watchOS 6 b2.

You have to go to settings on the watch, not the watch app on your phone. As stated aove, settings > general > siri. :)

Nah, Apple Watch app one is fine. Actually, I believe it is more convenient to disable Siri from iPhone rather than from Apple Watch itself, as those settings are carried over from the companion iPhone.

That’s your choice, it doesn’t mean it’s the only option. I was simply offering an alternative. Have a good day.

Has anyone found a working solution for this? I have searched around and found nothing that works. I pretty much have stopped wearing my Apple Watch series 4 as it is super annoying.

Did you read post #2?

Yes I have. I disabled the two options mentioned on the left side of the post, however I do not see any option like the one mentioned on the right side of the picture. I have an Apple Watch Series 4 with Watch OS 5.2.1.

Is the option on the right (for Digital Crown) only available on Watch OS 6 beta?

This could be why I can't turn it off... a new feature?

I can’t recall, though I feel this should not be a new feature. Someone using iOS 12 and watchOS 5 can tell whether this is a new feature or not.

I'm running WatchOS 5.1.3 and I don't see the option to turn off the Digital Crown option to disable Siri.

I use "Hey Siri" quite often to set timers, but I never activate Siri using the digital crown, but it's not uncommon for me to accidentally activate it, especially when I have gloves on, where the cuff can press against the crown.

Hopefully this comes around in WatchOS 6.
