Disable Audio-Out through Dock Connector?

Is there any way to disable the audio out through the dock connector? The reason I'd like to do this is that I have a nice car mount with a gooseneck that comes right off the cigarette lighter. Problem is, it has an FM transmitter built in, and I'd just rather stream over bluetooth. But when I put the iPhone in the mount, audio is automatically routed to the FM transmitter, even though bluetooth is also connected.

Thoughts? I'd go with a jailbreak solution too, but I can't seem to find one.
