Disable automatic backup but allow song syncing?

I do not need a backup of my phone saved to my computer or iCloud. All my photos auto save to DropBox and my music files are on my laptop, and I don't care about much else so it's a waste of space and time for iTunes to create a backup file on my laptop. Is there a way to disable automatic backup?

I would like to plug in my phone to iTunes and have it update my music but that's it. Or when my iPhone is on the same WiFi to update my music. Basically, I want to disable automatic backup but allow song syncing.
