disable / avoid wifi / network disconnect while sleep

hey all, so does anyone know how to enable the feature so my MacBook does not disconnect from network while sleeping? I have a few apps that need to stay online while Mac is turned on...

Maybe you are looking for something like amphetamine? It prevents from actually going to sleep

well I want to do it inside the system not with some apps.. what would be best way?

If you don't want to use third party apps there is also a mac os terminal command 'caffeinate'.
Otherwise I am not sure how to.
