Using Screen Time on an iPhone, is it possible to completely block/disable an app (Tik Tok to be specific) for a week or two?

I'm aware that I can go to Screen Time's "App limits", but even if an app has a limitation of 0 hours and 0 minutes the child can say yes to the "Ask for one more time"-"One more minute" which pops up after the limit has been reached. I can't find any way of disabling that feature.
NOTE: I'm not sure how I got to set a limitation of 0 hours and 0 minutes as I can't duplicate that for any other apps. I must have found a workaround because 1 minute is the shortest I can go. So this means the child will get to use the app for a total of 2 minutea a day (1 minute according to the app limitations plus an additional "Ask for one more minute").

Then there's the "Content & privacy restrictions"-"Allowed apps" which looks like the perfect solution except there's only a few selected apps to choose from (Mail, Safari, Camera, iTunes store, FaceTime etc.), and Tik Tok isn't one of them.

I'm also aware that I could simply delete the Tik Tok app, then reinstall it later, but that would mean loss of data/files, so disabling it if possible would be the way to go.
