Disable CallKit on Whatsapp & other Apps

Hello well i m having a very annoying problem , i just want to disbale Callkit from all the third party apps , like whatsapp/viber/skype , as this messup my call logs and its irritating , so is there any way that i can disable this ? i m using iPhone 7 Plus , and i wont mind to jailbreak it just to get this thing off

There's no jailbreak for iOS 10 so far. As far as CallKit integration, not sure if that can be disabled, perhaps a the apps themselves might be able to offer that option individually, but that would basically be up to them in that case.
