Disable Command+Tab?

Is there any way to disable Command+Tab in OSX (Tiger)? Disables some of a programs features that we use at my work. Any help that you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Oddly enough I can't find anything there for the cmd+tab function...

I can't find anything like that there either. That is one of the first places that I looked.
