Is it possible to disable cpu cores on the m1? I keep thinking there was a terminal command for intel macs, but that used the smc which m1 obviously doesn't have. I've found apps like CPUsetter but I'm not sure if that will allow you to disable certain cores or only allow a number of cores to run. Anyway to disable cores on m1 mac? And please don't say i'm stupid and stuff, i'm just tinkering and experimenting here.
