iPad Disable DASH in youtube on Ipad

Sooooo, as some of you may have known that youtube swtiched to DASH system for buffering and that is often time ANNOYING!!!

There are user scripts that you can install as chrome extention and or addon for other browers including Safari on PC and MAC.

BUT is there a way to offically ( non-jb) tweak youtube app or youtube on safari on any Ipad, especially disabling DASH ?

Anyone?
 
Wouldn't it be simpler to just get an app that can download youtube videos so you don't even need to buffer them?
