I just installed Adobe CS4 which includes Flash Player 10. Since then, my QucikTime does not pop up and open stream audio file automatically. Instead, the Flash Player opens the file within the safari 4. Is there any way that I can make QuickTime Player become the default player for this type of file? Thanks a lot!

BTW, I tried to remove Flash Player Internet Plugins and reinstalling QuickTime, neither worked.

System Preferences -> Quicktime -> Advanced tab -> Mime Settings button

You can either go through and pick which file types you want Quicktime to handle by hand or just click the Use Defaults setting.

Thanks for ur help!

But it does not change the situation. The Flash Player is still the default player.

Any thoughts? Thanks!
