disable lifting wrist to light screen?

How do you turn that off? I changed the wrist detection setting but it still automatically lights up when I raise my arm and look at it. Or is this a setting I'm missing?

On the watch, go to settings, general, activate on wrist raise. You can toggle it on and off from there.

lol no but I use my hands and wrists in the exact way that lights the screen.

Also common courtesy in a movie theater - imagine the watch lighting up every time you take a drink from your soda.
