Disable Magic Mouse horizontal movement?

When I move my index finger horizontally across my Magic Mouse, the web page I'm on moves slightly left and right. How do I disable this feature?

In the Mouse preferences, click on the More Gestures button, and there is a check box for Swipe Between Pages, you can uncheck that to disable it.

That's already unchecked. Still moving.

Could this be a mousepad problem? I'm using the same one I've used for, well, years.
