Disable "Open in YouTube?"

Any way to disable the constant "Open in YouTube?" popup question when I click a video link in Safari?

I don't care if it opens in YouTube or just plays in Safari, I'm just tired of being asked every time. Why won't it just remember my choice? Same for Google maps. For the time being my only solution is to delete the YouTube app.
