Disable parallax effect when flat color wallpaper?

Hi

I'm currently using a flat background color wallpaper so there's no need for the parallax effect. However now the icons kinda jitter a bit or move slightly because the parallax effect is still on, slightly annoying.

Any chance Apple will give us an option to disable parallax/ 3d wallpaper effect?

This has been in all 3 betas so far, in accessibility called either reduce motion or parallax.

The Parallax effect is pervasive in 7.

By Turing it off you don't just lose it on the home & lock screens. You lose it on pop-up notifications, the open tabs view in Safari and many others.
