Disable persistent warnings when using web software

Every time I invoke certain programs that either reach the web (such as firefox), or download from the web (such as jdownloader), a box pops up
with the following question:

do-i-want.jpg


This one happens to be for jdownloader...obviously the name of the program references changes.

The question is, how do I get rid of these warnings? I've been to the "firewall" pane and have it set to allow connections for the programs in question.
