iPad Disable Pinch-to-Zoom

Is there a way to disable pinch-to-zoom functions on iPad OS? When I try to use handwritting note programs like Noability and OneNote, my hand seems to trip this function, make note-taking irritable. I’m using the palm rejection settings in both programs.

Any suggestions?
