Hello
Our environment has a dozen Apple iMacs inside a Windows-based structure. We don't have an Apple subject matter expert. I need guidance on how to disable or remove the macOS system password prompt when the print queue is paused, resumed, etc.
Our users login with the network creds and the iMacs are bond to our domain. We don’t have any configuration applied to the system so our user accounts are built with the system default privileges.
The goal is to modify the system login prompt for ONLY the print features on the workstation. Our company policy will not allow user accounts to be set as administrators. It would preferred to make a policy change rather than an account modification.
Thank you for your help in advance!
