Disable Sys Pref Keyboard Shortcuts

I recently installed (and then uninstalled) FlexCal and now my spaces keyboard shortcut is screwed.

I used to have spaces set up as alt-F2. And now all alt-F2 does is open up the Display Preference Pane. This alt-F2 shortcut is not present in the keyboard shortcut Pref Pane (at least I haven't found it...)

This annoys me, I got used to that shortcut!!

Anyone know how I can disable these System Preference shortcuts?
There are others, alt-F3 opens exposé/spaces pref pane, etc...
