Disable the breathe app?

This is bugging me and I can't figure it out for nothing.

I had to reset my AW series 3 because it stopped pairing with my Xs Max, and now I can't figure out how to turn off the breathing app notifications!? I turned off the notifications from the watch app on the phone, but it didn't do diddly squat. Maybe I should do another reset?

I also lost all data and it's not communicating with my phone at all.

In the watch app on your phone, go to the breath app and disable the the reminders.

I did that, but they're still popping up on the watch. Maybe the phone and watch are not connected?
