Disable "Turn Off Airplane Mode..." pop-up?

I use the airplane mode a lot (it has a positive effect on my productivity). However, there is this iOS message that keeps popping up every single time I open a number of apps that I use (screenshot below).

How do you disable it?

I find this particularly annoying with apps that utilize offline data. I’d also like to know.
