Disable “Updater wants to make changes”?

i use my Mac Mini only as a media Server for Plex. Whenever I get the message “Plex updater wants to make changes”, it makes my Plex server go offline until I put in my Apple password then it updates and restarts. Is there some way of either disabling this, or make it so I don’t have to enter my password?

Where are you getting this message? What is your setting in Settings/General?
