Is there a tab I can get via Cydia that will go onto my SBsettings pulldown menu that will allow me to disable the vibrate on the phone? I just want to press a quick button to disable it so I can do it while I'm in class. Thanks in advance for the help!

Yeah they have one but it doesn't work on iPhone 4 for some reason, it flips the toggle in settings but it still vibrates.

The vibrate toggle works for me as well on my iPhone 4. You still have to manually flip the silent/mute switch but the toggle itself turns on/off the vibrate fuction.

Still waiting a compatible sbsettings toggle that will put the phone on silent without having to actually hit the side switch.

no idea why it works for some people.. but i put my phone switch to silent and then the vibrate toggle from sb settings off and it still vibrates..
