disabled ipod touch

i need help figureing out how to unlock my disabled ipod touch i cant type in on the key pad it says to connect to itunes but when i do it says that it cant connect to my ipod because its disabled. WTF do i do? thnx

If it really is your iPod, just connect it to your computer, and it should work...
