Hi everyone. I apologise if this is in the wrong place but I'm at breaking point! I got myself iOS 5 beta and iTunes 10.5 beta on Windows. The install of iOS was fine, no problems. However I prefer to manually manage my music and when I drag-drop my music from Explorer into iTunes, all the tracks appear disabled/greyed out. I'm unable to delete them as well.

Not sure if this is an iOS or iTunes fault.

Can anyone assist a fellow iPhone girl who's going to bang her head on the wall soon?!

Thanks. :)

I am having the same exact problem. Probably a BETA bug. All you can do is patiently wait for the next BETA release.

I had the same problem. I tried syncing over and over until it worked. Restart the phone and computer.

Hi, I had the same problem, it was took 2 days for got solution:

1. Add files or folder to iTunes and check to add it/them to your phone on Music tab.
2. After Apply changes disconnect your phone and close iTunes.
3. Connect again your phone and open iTunes if it is not open automatically.
4. Goto your phone tab and press Sync.

It's worked for me.
