I have looked everywhere I can and cannot find a solution to this issue. My wife and I each run I Macs and are wirelessly connected to the same Xerox Phaser 7100 printer. I recently configured her unit to this printer. Every time she prints out comes a banner sheet first. I have checked the printer menu and "banner sheet is off" On her iMac when I go into printer preferences it list banner sheet enabled but I can not find a way to disable it. She is also running a later printer driver than I do and I can't find a way to get into the driver. Bottom line HELP as the extra sheet being printed every time she sends a job to the printer is driving me up a wall. All I want to do is disable "Banner Sheet" on her system
Thanks

This is something you need to turn off on the printer itself. https://forum.support.xerox.com/t5/Printing/Phaser-7100N-Banner-Sheet-disabling/td-p/206322

well in fact I have gone into the printer and set "disable Banner Sheet" however on both computers in the printer "options and presets "Banner sheet is enabled and i'm not able to find a way to disable it . And being an old guy I have no idea what "CWIS" is other than a navy ship. So back to the basic question and hopefully a simple answer Thanks
