just got the new retina 27" iMac

been a few years and a couple of OS's ago but i can't seem to get the it to stop asking for my password upon startup or if it sleeps etc.
I don't take it out of my house and as the only user its annoying to have to keep doing this

Went into Users/Groups and login options but DISABLE PASSWORD is greyed out, can't see any option to ungrey it

went into Security, General, DISABLE AUTOMATIC LOGON is also greyed out and even quickly chose other options to see IF it would make the greyed one come "un-greyed" but so far nothing seems to be allowing it to...

What am I missing please?
I want to be able to turn it on and just get to my desktop without this intrusion
but I have 2 other macs, 2 MBP and I have always been able to disable it asking for a password easily...not so this time

Haven't had a chance to set up the iMac yet, plan to do so today after lunch but in the meantime would first like to make sure that this is disabled, asking for a password

Thanks In Advance :)

Have you unlocked this in the lower left of those pref panes?
