iPad Disabling vs Uninstalling

I have Barrel installed on my iPad 3 but I noticed it was draining my battery slightly so I disabled it. Will this work to stop to battery drain or does the app/tweak need to be uninstalled completely?

Personally, I'd delete it.
Within a couple of moments you can reinstall it if, down the road, you want it back.

Just keep it. It's about a MB and I think as long as its disabled it shouldn't eat up battery life (you need to restart springboard to enable it, right?)

No, you can enable/disable it just by going to Barrel settings. No need for a respring.
