Disabling wifi for a set period of time

Hello all:

I was wondering if anyone knows of a program/script/way to forcibly disable my airport for a specific period of time. Say for example I have some serious work to do, and don't want the temptation of the internet, is there a way to tell airport to not allow me to turn it on for 2 hours?
