I just got back from vacation, and when I went to iTunes>apps>updates it says that there are no updates for my account. This is crazy, because there were many MANY updates available two days ago, mostly due to the upgrade to 3.0. I hadn't updated most of these, because I am waiting for 3.1 to fix the problems with the Touch. I was going to update Pocket God (glad I didn't, after visiting the app's page!), but there should be some major upgrades that aren't showing up.

Is anyone else noticing this problem?

I just now checked iTunes, and it says I have 24 updates. When I click on "view updates", it says that there are none to be had, and now the "24" next to my applications button in iTunes is gone.

What the Heck?
