Hi there

I've moved from Windows to an iMac and I've been having some problems recently. For some reason, whenever I click on a menu item (in all software) or by right clicking, the context menu that appears vanishes very quickly (1 second). As a result, I am not quick enough to click on the option I want and it is very frustrating.

Has anyone experienced this? I am on Mavericks and this problem occurs with the official Apple keyboard and mouse and also a Microsoft keyboard and mouse that I am using. I must add that I am also using Hyperdock, but I'm pretty sure that this is not causing it.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your help - unfortunately, it still does it. In some cases, when I am just left clicking, holding down a button on a program (e.g. Spotify), won't show the menu at all as it requires a single click.
