I'm looking for a solution to a keychain problem. Usually after my iMac has been idle for a while (like overnight), it asks me to re-enter my mail password. I enter it and click "remember this password" and later on it does it again and again. The same goes for my hotmail account. I click on save my e-mail address and pw, and next time it only remembers my e-mail address. WTF?
Things I've tried:
1) Deleting these entries in the keychain and then re-entering the data "fresh" 2)I think it has something to do with that padlock icon. I've tried making changes with the lock open and closed. Seems to make no difference.
3) Whispering sweet nothings into the slot drive on the side, and gently cleaning the screen. (Really hoped that would work)
Please help me out!
