Hi,
Recently i tried to transfer the photos i took while i was in China to my imac, out of 1200 photo's only 600 would transfer, i tried using image capture where i managed to get another 300.

I noted also while i was in China that some of my contacts were no longer appearing

Until i updated my iPhone, the 1200 photos were on my phone, after the update, i have lost 600 of them, the ones that wouldn't transfer.
As for changing settings, as i told Apple support, 1 photo taken at dinner transferred, 1 photo taken at a different angle didn't, no settings were changed

I know that my files were being updated to icloud while in China, and increased my storage. however it seems these photo's and files no longer exist in my iCloud either, nothing in deleted files, just gone, like they never existed.

After talking with Apple Support, several times, i just feel frustrated by their ignorance and stupid questions

I ve also noted that i lost several mp3's from my iMac when i have had iPhone connected, even when iPhone is not synced.

Anyone able to offer some advice on this issue

Thank You

Ian
