I'm really annoyed with AT&T and UPS. I preordered my iPhone 4 at an AT&T retail store on June 15th 3:50 pm EST. Yesterday morning I then finally saw that they "shipped" my iPhone 4 on the order status page. They provided me with a tracking number to UPS that I couldn't access all day because " the information was unavailble". I was then finally able to access the tracking number at around 10pm on the 22nd but all I had was billing information received and that my iPhone was being sent by NEXT DAY Air SAVER. I then assumed that I would receive my iPhone 4 on the 23rd, NO. I was wrong because according to AT&T and UPS neither of them know where my iPhone 4 is. AT&T say they received the money and gave the package to UPS and UPS say they never received my iPhone 4 so I have to wait until tommorow to see if it has actually shipped. So basically thanks to two companies cockups I now will receive my phone on the 25th which defies the point of me preordering.
