Disappointed in Bluetooth functionality

Basically a BT headset attached to the Apple Watch is only good for streaming music? That's a shame...

I would also like to make or receive a FaceTime Audio call on the Apple Watch when on wifi around my house.

I hope there are regular OS updates to this device. It is capable of so much more functionality and customization.
