Disbale Log Out window?

I have several users on my imac, but when you log out from the menu, you get the pop-up counting down from 60 seconds asking if you want to close all the programs and log this user out.

Is there a way to disable this? So when I click log out it goes to the home screen instantly?

It's just one click or push of the Enter key.

And logging out is not instantly, as applications have to be quit. That takes some time considering how many applications are open.
