Disc Drive Damaged on MacBook Pro

My case seems to have been bent downward slightly at the disc drive, and it has made my disc drive near useless as the discs have a difficult time going into the drive and a essentially impossible time coming out.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this, or if it can be done?

You could swap out the bottom case to a new one, but it is a very adventurous fix and not for the faint of heart. Here's the guide for it if you want to try it. Other than that I'm not sure what else you can do without damaging the case further to try to fix it.
