Ok so I have been having this problem for awhile, Im going to assume it is an update that has created this problem. Anyways the problem is whenever I put in a disc (DVD or CD) the drive reads it, you can hear it running, but within the next minute or so it ejects the disc right out. Im going to assume it isnt mounting (if that is the correct term). I have looked under the utilities and the drive is still there, tried cleaning the laser lens, tried rebooting with the COMMAND-OPTION-P-R combo and nothing has worked so far. If anyone has anymore suggestions let me know.
