Disc permissions

hi, my macbook is about 4 weeks old now and I am just wondering if there is any problems when it says that there are problems with the disc permissions. When i run the disk utility i am receiving alot of messages similar to these
Warning: SUID file "usr/libexec/load_hdi" has been modified and will not be repaired
Warning: SUID file "System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/DiskManagement.framework/Versions/A/Resources/DiskManagementTool" has been modified and will not be repaired

I am receiving 9 of these messages altogether and am just wondering so do these pose a problem?
