So I just set up a new system with OSX 10.6.2 Mac Pro Quad 3.0. I keep getting this when Repairing Permissions. Can anyone explain it to me? Is there something potentially wrong?

Permissions differ on "usr/share/derby", should be drwxr-xr-x , they are lrwxr-xr-x .
Repaired "usr/share/derby".
