I am only using Macintosh since the Macbook came out, and everything is still quite new for me. I understand that, contrary to my experiences with Windows, it's a lot more common to use a bunch of small and larger apps. I'm just beginning to see the advantage of Quicksilver and such, and I'm using iusethis a lot to download a lot of freeware apps.
That's how I came across Disco, and the hype surrounding it (I could be wrong with this)
I got carried away a bit and ended up subscribing for the Beta and that was really the first time I paid for an app (excluding the Apple software I bought) on the Mac. And I don't even know what it does. They certainly knew how to advertise their product withouth even telling the basics.
My questions for this thread:
Has any one else pre-ordered Disco ?
What could we expect?
Was it foolish to buy something that could well be something I would never use?
Any other suggestions, rants, compliments, questions, notes and stuff concerning Disco
sorry for making this post a bit long, It's quite late on my side of the globe
