Disco Screen?

Hi there,

My mate runs a disco company and he has an iMac, he want's to be able to have it where he can see what he is doing on his first screen and show messages with backgrounds etc on his secondary screen.

So if it's somebodies birthday it has like a party background and it says Happy Birthday, he want's to control it from the first screen?

Any ideas?
