Discolored mighty mouse

Anyone's mighty mouse suffered from discoloration? Mine turned green (similar to the palm rest discoloration on the white macbook) on the force squeeze buttons.

Does the mighty mouse comes with the standard 1 year warranty? Can I get it replaced for free? I don't want to have a green mighty mouse, but yet on the other hand, it's kinda original.
