Disconnects AW4 and iPhone 12.1.1b3?

Anyone here running watch OS 5.1.1 and iOS 12.1.1b3 noticing constant disconnects from BT of the watch? I keep getting kicked off to wifi or cellular which has been draining my battery and also notifications coming in delayed and separate from the iPhone.
