My iPhone disconnects from my home wifi 5-6 times a day in the past couple days. Nothing has been changed, same routers (Linksys Velop), same network (5GHz), same iPhone (11 Pro Max), same iOS (13.3.1) but it starts disconnecting just couple days ago.

The only thing that's new is my computer (MBP) that is connected to the same Wifi as my iPhone. But I don't see how does it relate? Or it's just a coincidence?

I don't have such a problem on Macs, iPad and other iPhones, just this one.

I did a hard reset of my iPhone but it didn't fix the problem.

Please just don't tell me to do the factory reset and install the system from scratch :)

See if your can change the channels that are used by your router. Although I don't have issues with any current devices, I have had older phones having issues with wifi because the router picks a channel that simply didn't play nice with the particular phone.

Some routers have region setting as well, that can decide which set of channels it can use. See if changing that can make a difference.

Are you using your broadband router for DHCP? Out of IP’s?

How many WiFi routers / AP’s do you have? Just one? Using automatic band selection? If so turn it off and select an unused channel — get a channel scanner program for your PC like inssider.

Be sure to use separate SSIDs for 2.4 and 5.8. Never use Band steering.

I have setup both 5GHz and 2.4GHz and all my personal devices uses 5GHz, while only security system, TVs and other smart devices uses 2.4GHz. No particular reason why I separate it like this, except I wanted to separate our personal devices from the others used by our house, to say so.

I did channel scan - I have that feature in my router settings and it reported it already uses the best settings.

I have 3 nodes, however I don't see "band steering" option, just "client steering" and "node steering". Both are enabled.

I had a problem recently that is similar.

The phone indicated it was connected to WiFi with full strength, while the router said it isn’t, and there was no internet on the phone.

I fixed it by setting a static channel, static channel width, turned off TxBeamforming and MU-MIMO and only using the 5GHz band now.
