I have had squaretrade for a year now and I noticed that apple is replacing the iPhone 5 with the iPhone 5c. Well I was wondering if anyone had any idea what would happen if they had to replace my iphone. ( Asking here because I tried Square Trade customer service and the guy didn't understand what I was asking and I couldn't understand his Indian accent)

Squaretrade replaces with refurbs and they're not even Apple refurbs.
They simply contract with various repair shops who assemble complete phones out of salvaged and/or new parts.
They'll have no problem supplying refurbs for at least a few years.
