Yea, 50 dollar reduction sounds about right. Apple doesn't like to cut prices

I bought one of that spec on ebay used for $960... I wish I could have gotten lower. I missed bidding on one that was $800 at buy it now. Ebay might be a better option. Ive never been disappointed.

ebay is nice, but refurbished from Apple.com is better (Apple Care) for one year included.
